Questions

About giving

Is my donation secure?
Payments are processed by our payment provider on their secure checkout page. We never see or store your card details, and we only record a donation as received after confirming it directly with the provider.
Will I receive a receipt?
Yes. Once your payment is confirmed you will see your receipt reference on screen, and we will email you a receipt if you asked for one.
Which currencies can I give in?
The donation form shows the currencies currently supported by our payment provider. If you would like to give in another currency, please contact us.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
We cannot confirm tax-deductibility in any country. Please seek advice for your own circumstances.
Can I give to a specific initiative?
Yes. When an approved initiative is accepting donations, you can choose it on the donation form. Gifts to a specific initiative are restricted to that initiative.
